What We Provide
UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Our Upholstery Cleaning can include indoor furniture, vehicle carpet/seats, or anything you have with fabric. We will treat it the same way as carpet to bring your upholstery back to life.
STEAM CLEANING
Deep cleaning hot water extraction is recommended minimum of once per year. We'll treat your carpets with proper solutions and scrub them to get the best results.
CARPET DEODORIZING
Many odors can get trapped into your carpet fibers. Getting a regular cleaning with some deodorizer added can help improve the quality of the air in your home.
TIE&GROUT
Tile&Grout cleaning is done by spraying all the tile/grout with a specialize chemical to break down all the dirt. We will then scrub the grout lines with a final step of pressing washing to blast away all the grime.
RUG CLEANING
You're rug will carefully be treated and cleaned. We will use a special detergent to lose up the dirt and oils in the fibers then give it a hot water extraction leaving the area rug clean and sanitized
STAIN REMOVAL / PET ODOR
For stains and pet odor removal we use the most advance chemicals currently in the market. We go the extra mile to scrub the chemicals into the carpet fibers to give the best results.

Do I need to do anything to prepare my home for carpet cleaning?
Not necessarily, but it would be easier for us if all the rooms were cleared up of furniture and items that you preferred moved before we arrive.
Will you move furniture for me?
Depending on what it is we can help assist with some furniture. Keep in mind we are coming to clean your carpets and we aren't furniture movers. Insurance is much different.
How long till carpets dry?
Carpet drying depends on many factors. Such as airflow, water used, condition of carpet, and thickness of carpets. If requested we can dry carpets very quickly but sometimes quick drying carpets can bring up stains out of pads.
What makes Fresh Step Carpet Cleaning different?
We clean your carpets as if there our own. I don't up charge for bringing out the bigger tools or have hidden fees. I use tools most cleaners don't use or upcharge for using at no extra cost because your carpets must get cleaned properly.
