Privacy Policy

Fresh Step Carpet Cleaning is a family-owned carpet cleaning business in Turlock, California, serving Turlock, Modesto, Merced, and surrounding areas. This page explains how we use information you give us on this website.

When you request a quote, we ask for your name, phone number, email, street address, city, the rooms and services you want, and any notes you add. We use that information only to price the job, schedule it, and contact you about it by phone, email, or text.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

If you want us to delete your information, call or text 209-668-1819 or email freshstep209@gmail.com and tell us the name and address on the request.

Phone and text links on this site can be counted as ad conversions when we run Google Ads. That only happens if an ads tag is turned on for the site.

Text Messages (SMS)

Checking the text-message box on our quote form is optional, and it is unchecked by default. If you check it (or tell us yes when you book by phone), you agree that Fresh Step Carpet Cleaning may text you about your quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can request a quote or book without it.

Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. You can also call or text 209-668-1819, or email freshstep209@gmail.com, and ask us to stop.

We never sell or share your mobile number or your text opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
